Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

I hope you enjoy one of my family’s favorite recipes, Chicken Spaghetti, given to me by a cousin a few years ago!

Wandering Wednesdays

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 1 chicken, baked, skinned, boned, and cut into bite-size pieces

1 jar of Ragu Light Parmesan Sauce, or similar

1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup

1 medium onion, chopped

12 oz. of thin spaghetti, cooked

1 lb. of mozzarella cheese, divided

Mix all ingredients together using half of the cheese. Place in a 4 qt. greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top, according to your taste. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until cheese is melted and lightly browned. Serves 10-12.

  1. This sounds like a yummy comfort meal. I have one picky eater, but he does well with most “Italian” looking dishes. We might have 4-way success with this one. 🙂

    • It is a great comfort food, Terrill! My picky eater grew up to eat everything except vegetables!

  2. Oh my word, that sounds amazing! My stomach definitely wouldn’t think so, but I do!

    • I hope you enjoy it!

  3. i’m already hungry – and it’s not even 6AM here yet 😀
